Coach Tash is the Owner of Her Fitness Spot, USA Track & Field Athlete, USC Graduate, and home maker with a background in law enforcement.  She's overcome adversity, resolved conflict, performed in high pressure environments, and motivates others to take action in fulfilling their purpose.

Coach Dre is the Owner and CEO of DAM Sport Fitness.  He's an Oakland Native, Husband, Father, Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Graduate of USC, USA Track & Field Athlete and has competed all over the world.  He's got a great gift of making training fun and instills a competitive mindset in all who will listen. 

Rema is Loving Living.  She is a wife, mother, and grandmother. In her retirement she became a Licenced Yoga Instructor & Fitness Compeditor with World Titles under her belt. You can count on her to find the bright side on a dark day.

Coach Frank is the Owner of Accelerated Results Coaching, He's a Motivational Speaker, Minister, and Strength and Conditioning Coach who specializes in mental focus for performance.  He has a thought provoking word that will guide you to new levels.

Coach Bri is a UC Davis Graduate and Bay Area California Native.  She is a wife, mother of five, mentor, and a professional leader with a never quit mindset.  She motivates people to realize their self worth and making themselves the priority.
